You can delete your Patrimoine account and the personal data associated with it at any time. This page explains how, and what is removed.

Request deletion

Email privacy@eventlooplabs.com from the Google address you use to sign in, with the subject "Delete my Patrimoine account". We verify the request comes from your account and then permanently delete it.

Send the request from your signed-in Google email address.
We confirm receipt and verify ownership.
Your account and personal data are deleted within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Cancel your subscription first. Subscriptions are billed by Google Play, not by us — deleting your Patrimoine account does not cancel an active subscription. Cancel it in Google Play → Subscriptions before (or after) requesting deletion to stop further billing.

What we may keep, and for how long

After deletion we may retain a limited set of records only where required — for example, transaction/billing records needed to meet legal, tax, or accounting obligations (held by Google Play and, where applicable, us), and short-lived operational logs that age out on their normal retention schedule (currently 30 days). These are not used to re-identify or profile you and are deleted when no longer required.
